This User Agreement ("Agreement") governs the relationship between Go STR Marketing ("Go STR") and the User ("User") participating in the Case Study User Group Package. By enrolling in the package, the User agrees to the following terms and conditions: 1. Services Provided Go STR will provide the following services to the User: A SaaS platform, consulting, and marketing services tailored for short-term rental (STR) operators aiming to market short-term rental property investors. Guidance on various marketing strategies, including: ○ 10DLC A2P compliant SMS messaging. ○ Shaken/Stir compliant voicemail and call campaigns. ○ CAN/SPAM Act compliant email campaigns. Workflow automation and consultation in both one-on-one and group settings. Limited custom design and build services within the platform, subject to reasonableness and prior approval. Note: Users must provide their own contact lists, which must be pre-approved by the User prior to use. 2. Term and Cancellation The Agreement begins upon payment with a 6-month minimum and operates on a month-to-month basis thereafter. Users may cancel the Agreement and system access with a 30-day written notice after the first 6-months, no refunds at any time. Each Go UIX user may reserve up to four (4) exclusive zip codes, which cannot be shared with other active users. Zip codes become available to others upon cancellation and may be changed anytime based on availability. 3. Messaging Rates and Billing Messaging rates are billed separately and are not included in the package fee. Standard messaging rates as of Q2 2025: ○ SMS segments: $0.01106/per segment. ○ Voice calls: $0.01960/per minute outbound, $0.01190/per minute inbound. ○ Emails: $0.000945/per email Estimated SMS messaging costs are approximately $75 for 1,000 messages but may vary based on usage. Prepaid Messaging Funds: ○ Messaging funds of $100 increments are added to the User’s account before launching a marketing campaign. ○ Rates are deducted from the prepaid balance as messages are sent. ○ When the prepaid balance reaches $0, the User card on file will be automatically reloaded to $100. 4. User Obligations The User agrees to provide Go STR with all requested data required for case study and marketing purposes. Users and their affiliates must not share, copy, remove, or disclose Go STR’s trade secrets or proprietary information without prior written consent. 5. Indemnification The User understands there may be risks associated with marketing and is responsible for contact information and source entering into the system. User agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Go STR Marketing and its affiliates (including parents, members, managers, partners, directors, officers, employees, agents, insurers, representatives, and assigns) from and against any claims, causes of action, damages, liabilities, judgments, orders, or costs, including attorney’s fees, arising from: The User’s use of the platform. Actions by employees, agents, or representatives of the User or User’s affiliates. 6. Limitations of Liability Go STR is not responsible for failures caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct on the part of the User. Messaging outcomes are not guaranteed due to variables such as contact quality, message content, and external factors. 7. Acceptance By making payment and enrolling in the Case Study User Group, the User acknowledges and agrees to all terms outlined in this Agreement. Go STR Marketing is responsible for providing a marketing system and sales coaching that promotes sales conversations from short term rental investor leads User is responsible for engaging in sales conversations with leads and operating the built system after sufficient instruction User is responsible for gathering and qualifying my leads outside of Go STR Marketing User contacts will have consented to hear from the user and user has previously contacted them within the past year Subscription Rate: $797.00 per month for a six (6) month minimum commitment, cancel anytime after the initial six months with thirty (30) days written notice. Beginning month seven, choose to continue and maintain access on a month-to-month basis at $497.00 per month. Payment Terms: The first monthly payment of $797.00 is due upon purchase and enrollment, and subsequent monthly payments will be billed automatically in accordance with this Agreement.
